Shipping Policy

Black Anchor ships all orders via USPS. Tracking numbers are provided with each order via email upon shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to populate within the USPS tracking system.

Rejected packages and all additional costs related to shipping are assumed by the customer.

*Tracking numbers are provided for international orders, but stop working once the package has reached international customs. Therefore, Black Anchor is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen beyond this point. Customs fees incurred from importing goods are not Black Anchors responsibility

How long will it take to receive my order?

All packages will be sent from our workshop in Tacoma, Wash. Because of the made to order nature of our business please allow up to 7 days for orders to ship after they are placed.

Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately, because we make products to order, we are unable to provide expedited orders.

Can I request a custom order?

We love to design products and bring them to you, but unfortunately we are unable to provide custom orders for our products we sell.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When we ship an order we send an email confirmation with a tracking number for your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to populate into the USPS system.

Why was my order cancelled?

We occasionally have to cancel items if materials are unavailable or there is a flag in our system for fraud. If either of these pertains to you we will email you with an explanation.
