Returns & Exchanges
Black Anchor is glad to offer returns for an exchange or credit towards your next purchase. Due to our made-to-order nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds of any kind. If you need assistance on your purchase we will gladly walk you through the options. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How do I return an item?
- Product can be returned if it is defective or does not fit.
- Product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with original tags.
- Please contact us about returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Returns or Exchanges must be accepted before you send the product back to Black Anchor.
- Please email us at email@example.com to process a return or exchange.
- Customer assumes both the return shipping cost to Black Anchor as well as the replacement item shipping cost, unless the product is found to be defective, in which case we will gladly send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Why was my order cancelled?
We occasionally have to cancel items if materials are unavailable or there is a flag in our system for fraud. If either of these pertains to you we will email you with an explanation.
